Senior consultant to manage their Small Cell networks (eg, WiFi offloading, Femto, IBS).

Description

• You must have experience in developing RF plans, neighbor plans and configuration data for site integration.
• Work with multi -channel networks (RF/BSS/TX/Fiber/Core/Power) and manage coverage and capacity scope, reviewing/approving designs.
• You goal will be to ensure the effective planning and implementation of various aspects of Radio Frequency network design and ensure that the relevant design standards are maintained for IBB scope.
• Ensuring that frequency assignment is done effectively as per the requirements of each region in coordination with Wireless Access Design.
• Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) documents and evaluates tenders/Selects vendors based on the tendering process.
• Conduct surveys and site visits to identify site issues, coordinates site owner contracts, performs site acceptance and handover.
• Performs telecom and civil coordination, review and approve ACR/NCR, report progress and updates database.
• Follows up of the Project Implementation Plan.

Understood the principle DNS/HTTP/FTP/MAIL/WAP/STREAMING, etc. Abundant experience on following product SGSN,GGSN, DNS Server etc. OCS/PCRF/BSC/RNC experience would be an advantage. Strong troubleshooting competence and Maintenance skills for PS Core network .  Good experience in handling PS core network optimization. Good experience in maintenance switch and router.
