Sqm(service Quality Management) Engineer (PS)

Job Description:

• Responsible for demarcation of Service Quality issue of mobile network 
• Having the ability to analyze network issues by signaling message or KPI. 
• Responsible for demarcation between Core network and Wireless network . 
• Responsible for communication Service Quality issue with customer. 
• Identify service issues due to provisioning or mobile equipment. 
• Provide training to service partners. 

Professional Related Work Experience

• Education: 4 year university degree in Telecom or Computer Science 
• Language Skills: English, Arabic(Optional) 
• Good working attitude, good cooperation attitude, good analytical skills and can working under huge pressure.
