SQM(Service Quality Management) Engineer (RAN)


Job Description

  •   Responsible for demarcation of Service Quality issue of mobile network
  •   Having the ability to analyze network issues by Network Topology & Event logs through Groundhog Covmo tool.
  •   Identifies network performance issues (Network KPIs/ VIP Users/ Roamer). and provides recommendations for improvement.
  •   Participate in 3G RF trouble shooting by  Call Trace to find route cause and preparing solutions
  •   Responsible for communication Service Quality issue with customer.
  •   Provide training to service partners.

Professional Related Working Experience
  • At least 8 years network operation (at least tier 2) experience in Telecomm Operator, i.e. Ericsson, NSN, HUAWEI, etc
  • Master the principle of GPRS, TCP/IP , GSM, WCDMA, UMTS,.
  • Understood the principle DNS/HTTP/FTP/MAIL/WAP/STREAMING, etc.
  • Abundant experience on following product SGSN,GGSN, DNS Server etc. OCS/PCRF/BSC/RNC experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting competence and Maintenance skills for PS Core network . 
  • Good experience in handling PS core network optimization.
  • Good experience in maintenance switch and router.

Qualification Requirements
  • Education:  4 year university degree in Telecom or Computer Science 
  • Language Skills: English, Arabic(Optional)
  • Good working attitude, good cooperation attitude, good analytical skills and can working   under huge pressure
