Job Description:
- Receive (Complicated issues) FTTx TT from Tier 1 Team.
- Reform in-depth fault diagnosis and fixing
- If issue is fixed and services are restored, contact customer to confirm and obtain CC code to close the TT
- If issue not resolved, open RTTS Ticket with xNOC for support and follow-up till the issue is resolved.
- Distinguish the fault root cause / multiple repeated fault analysis
- Provide technical training to Tier 1
- Trouble shooting guide development & enhancement
- Built and maintain knowledge database
Professional Related Working Experience:
- 3 years above of experience in FTTx networking field
- xNOC Experience is a plus.
- Expert and quick in locating the faults.
- Quick in making decisions when troubleshooting and efficient with sufficient knowledge in related FTTx field (ISP and OSP).
- Familiar with O&M and xNOC support work flow working with ICMS and RTTS ticketing systems.
- Must have a clear understanding of the end to end FTTx Network.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound knowledge about RRC and xNOC procedures and interfaces.
- Good PC / Windows environment skill.
- Can work as a Team member or as an individual within the working environment.
Qualification Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Language Skills: English (Compulsory) Arabic is a plus.
- Others: Experience with operator O&M dept or other MS organizations is a plus
