Product and Requirement Manager



Location: Riyadh ( Saudi Arabia )
Contract Duration: 6 months ( Extendable)

Manage E2E lifecycle for Business requirements related to:

·        New product and services
·        Modification of existing product and services
·        Customer /user experience improvement initiatives

Main departments to interact with:

·        Marketing (Mobile, Fixed, Digital)
·        Customer Operations
·        Sales
·        Finance
·        Audit
·        Security
·        IT
·        Network

Main activities to be executed during the requirement lifecycle:

1.        Cooperate with business originator to define new requirements, provide preliminary feasibility feedback liaising with technical departments, support originator in preliminary business case definition
2.        Interact with all other impacted business unit to collect all collateral requirements, ensure alignment and avoid conflicts with other requirements
3.        Consolidate Requirement Document and secure approval by all impacted stakeholders
4.        Submit, present and explain Requirement Document to technical departments (solution design teams) and provide all needed clarifications
5.        Support solution design teams in defining the impact analysis acting as SPOC for all business departments
6.        Submit, present, explain to business departments the Solution Design Document, manage reworks with technical teams and secure business approval
7.        Support governance teams in planning activities and in splitting the requirements in different phases/drops according to the right level of business priority to fit technical factories’ capacity
8.        Support technical teams during low level design, development and testing activities
9.        Manage User Acceptance Test sessions to ensure compliancy with requirements
10.     Capacity and Release Planning and Management, to define and maintain IT/NTW/3rd parties roadmap according to business priorities and factories’ capacity
11.     Overall PM /governance across E2E lifecycle
12.     Monitoring and Analysis of product performance after commercial launch to evaluate gap vs Business Case and define deviation root causes
13.     Solution Design technical background in BSS or OSS Telco area (E2E solution definition, factory implementation coordination..)


Other activities:

1.        Manage relationship with client’s Product House Vice President
2.        Manage Product house team’s capacity to ensure productivity maximization
3.        Plan and manage own and other junior/client team member’s work
4.        Ensure collaboration tool’s update and alignment during the requirement life cycle
5.        Ensure respect of contractual SLAs (time/quality) and empower achievement of contractual success fees
6.        Review and update product life cycle process as needed

7.        Propose and implement efficiency process /template /operating model improvement
