Job Title: Remote Restoration (Supervisor)
Location: Saudi Arabia


Job description:

1. Supervise the daily RRC FTTx & DSL Tier 1 team operation 
2. Directing the FTTx & DSL Tier 1 team according to the operation flow and procedure.
3. Maintaining the standard as per the operation requirement.
4. Keep record and evaluate the performance of the team and individual 
5. Provide technical support to FTTx & Tier 1 team when needed.
6. Perform proactive service monitoring.
7. Drive for SLA/KPI improvement

Work Related Experience: 

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FTTx  & DSL Networking Field
2. Familiar with first line fault remote diagnostics & remote corrective actions, directing operation staff and performance monitoring
3. Familiar with O&M support work flow working with ICMS ticketing systems.
4. Must have a clear understanding of the end to end FTTx &DSL Network.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Good knowledge about Remote Restoration Center processes and interfaces.
7. Good PC / Windows environment skill.
8. Can work as a Team member or as an individual within the working environment.
9. Team leadership capability

Qualification Requirement:

1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
2. Language Skills: Fluency in spoken & written English and Arabic is a plus.
3. Others: Experience with operator O&M dept or other MS organizations is a plus
